Steps

Boil 1/2 litre milk in wide and heavy bottom pan.

When it comes to boil, add lemon juice.

When it starts curdle, place it under strainer and wash it in fresh running water.

Mash it properly.

Now tie it in kitchen cloth and hang it on tap for 10-15 minutes.

Now boil remaining milk in pan.

Boil it till becomes thick.

Continuously stir it between intervals otherwise it may get burn.

It takes 20-25 minutes.

Cook it on slow to medium flame.

Add cardamom powder.

Add sugar powder, ghee and chena.

Continously stir it, till it becomes thick.

Grease plate with ghee.

Pour mixture on it.

Press mixture gently with the help of spatula.

Garnish with almonds and cool it.

Now cut it into pieces.

Ready to eat.
