Cream together butter and sugar until it is white and fluffy

Add the vanilla, and one egg at a time, beat well in between, the mixture will go quite thick and to the ribbon state.

Add the melted white chocolate, and beat until combined.

Add the dry ingredients, and beat until combined.

Stir in the white chocolate chunks.

Stir in half of the fruit.

Tip the mixture into the lined baking tray.
