Cut paneer in small cubes take a pan add sugar and water make 1 string syrup.

Now add paneer in syrup and continue mix in syrup add elaichi powder and keep mixing.

When the syrup almost finish only very small quantity remaining then off flame but you should continue mix till the sugar full dry. Ready your chanamurki.
