Pineapple carrot salad
Very delicious, health and easy to prepare.

Clean your pineapple well, peel then dice it into small cubes.

Clean your carrots. Peeling is optional. Grate them.

In a mixing bowl, add the 2 items i.e diced pineapples n grated carrots. Mix well.

Add 2 handfull raisings n mix.

Add sugar (Optional) and mix.
- 6
Put it in a salad bowl ready for service.
- 7
You can have it alone or as a side salad with a meal. Enjoy.
