Oats and sesame ladoo

Dry roast oats in a medium heat until nice nutty aroma comes out. Allow it to cool.
Dry roast sesame seeds in a medium heat until the sesame seeds start to pop and the color changes into a light golden brown. Transfer sesame seeds to the plate and allow it to cool.Dry roast all nuts. Allow it to cool. - 2
In a food processor add roasted oats, sesame seeds, nuts and grind to crumbly texture. In a pan heat the ghee and jaggery until it melts on medium flame. Pour it in top of the mixture and mix thoroughly.
Make small ladoos with mould. - 3
