Salt
Palmoil
cubesStock
Onion
Crayfish
Fresh pepper and fresh tomatoes

Steps

Cook the beans with pressure pot for 30minutes.rinse twice.

Boil in a normal pot,add onion,Salt,ginger and garlic.

After 20minutes add fresh pepper,Stock cubes,Crayfish and continue boiling then once the beans is soft pour in palmoil.

Then cook it for a longer time and stir very well with a wooden spartula.is done
