I made this recipe for anyone who wants to know how to make banana bread. I think this recipe is very special to me because, I love baking, especially at such a young age and my family and friends love this recipe so I just decided to share online to see what you guys think of the banana bread... I hope you love it!!!

Try this recipe if you have a pair of left over bananas - those which are overly ripe and the skins have slightly darkened. The quantity is enough for a 20x10x5 pan.

I made this buttery and gooey loaf for my vegetarian parents. They enjoyed it as much as I did. To be honest, I found no difference in the taste and loved to try plant-based recipes..

It tasted really nice, not to sweet , not too bland. I think I'll ve making my banana brad like this for now on

Out of 4 loaves (all different) this one is the best. I did end up baking it for 1 hour, 20 min.

I usually double this recipe, making 1 loaf and 1 batch of muffins. The recipe is very versatile. You can add more banana if you'd like to increase the banana flavor. I have also made it with add-ins (choc. chips, dried cranberries, chopped walnuts). Stir in after flour.

Before the muffins are done you should sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top or spread some butter on it. Or you could this in a bread pan.

I had some bananas going bad and needed to use them. I decided to test this out.
