Ingredients

for 6 servings
  1. 1derica of beans bended
  2. 10ck spn of pepper (ground)
  3. Locust beans
  4. 10ck son palm oil
  5. 1small onions finely chopped
  6. 200 gcrayfish
  7. 500 gsmoked Titus fish
  8. 200 gponmo
  9. Salt(to taste)
  10. 6 cubesMaggi

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Mix blended beans until fluffy.pack inside leave and allow to boil

  2. 2

    Heat oil in pot for 2 mins until transparent.allow to cool add onions,locust beans and fry in oil.add fish,crayfish and fry.add pepper, ponmo,maggi and salt.

  3. 3

    Serve with boiled beans

  4. 4

    Note :1 don't add pepper to beans ground plain. 2 you can also use any kind of smoked fish.3 u can also boil beans with nylon
