In a heating pan, add 2 tablespoon of Oil and allow it to heat nicely.

Then add ½ tsp of Mustard Seeds, ½ tsp of Cumin Seeds, ¼ tsp of Hing and turn off the gas flame.

After turning off the flame, add ¾ tsp of Red Chilli Powder, ¼ tsp of Haldi, 1 tsp of Mustard Powder, ¼ tsp of Cumin Powder, ¼ tsp of Sugar and ¼ tsp of Salt.

Lastly add 1 cup of cubed Radish pieces and give a nice mix to pickle.

Once cool down, pickle is ready to serve.
