4 servings

1 cupBoiled rajma/red kidney beans
1/2 bowlCapsicum cut in cubed
1/2 bowlCucumber l cut in cubed
1/2 bowlTomato cut in cubed
to tasteSalt
1 tbspLemon juice
1 tbspMint leaves
1 tspOlive oil

Steps

Heat oil in a pan and stir fry the boiled rajma for one mins.

Now take a mixing bowl add rajma,capsicum,cucumber,tomato,mint leaves,salt and lemon juice and mix well.

Place in the serving bowl.
