Ingredients

  • 500 gmLadyfinger
  • 2 bigOnions chopped
  • 2-3Green chillies chopped
  • 1 tspLemon juice
  • as neededOil for fry

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and dry ladyfingers. Cut it into long pieces.

  2. 2

    Take a kadahi add some oil. When it becomes hot then add chopped onions and stir fry until golden brown, add chopped green chillies into. Fry few seconds.

  3. 3

    Now add chopped ladyfingers. Fry until it becomes light golden brown. At last add salt and lemon juice. Fry few more seconds. Now your simple bhindi fry is ready. Serve it as side dish.
