A filling breakfast... potatoe chips, stir fried veggies in a curry gravy.
Steps

Peel, wash and cut potatoes into desired shapes

Boil for 10 minutes, remove and drain
- 3
Add the chilli and salt optional and fry
- 4
In a saucepan, using 1tablespoon of oil, stir fry all the veggies except the green pepper
- 5
Make a paste with the flour, add your curry or turmeric to this mix and add to the stir fry

Stir so you don't get lumps and add to the stirfry
- 7
Serve the fried potatoe chips, the veggies in gravy and the sunny-side egg.
