For aloo katori. Mix all ingredients firmly and give it shape like katori and deep fry it.

Now for chaat:- mix sprouts,kala chana and add all spices.

Now fill the chaat it katori and add meethi chutney, hari chutney,cumin seed powder,anar dana.

Now garnish with coriander leaves...serve and enjoy 😉
