Ingredients

4 servings
  • 250 gmChaulai washed & chopped
  • 1 TspGarlic chopped
  • 1 tspCumim seeds
  • Salt. As required
  • 2 tspOil
  • 2Whole red chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the pan sprinkl oil.

  2. 2

    Add cumim seeds crackle it

  3. 3

    Add red chilli & garlic fry it golden.

  4. 4

    Add chopped saag & salt. Lid it.

  5. 5

    Open the lid & stir it.

  6. 6

    Don't put lid again,cook it open 10 minutes.

  7. 7

    After that.saag will be dry.and ready to serve.

  8. 8

    Remove it from the flame.

  9. 9

    Served it hot.

  10. 10

    It can be served with lunch or dinner.

  11. 11

    It it a great sauce of iron & other vitamins.
