Steps

Heat your large pan on medium flame and pour your potatoes (they should be dry) making sure atleast each touches the pan. Fry for 10 mins or until they turn brown.

Reduce your flame to low and add your garlic cloves (unpeeled). Cover your pan and cook for 15-20mins (stirring regulary) or until the potatoes are soft.

Remove your garlic, remove the peel and mash into a paste. Add lemon into the garlic paste

Pour the garlic lemon paste, salt and black pepper into the potatoes, stir and let it cook in low flame for 2-3 mins.

Serve while hot as a side dish.
