Steps

Peel off the ginger and garlic, wash and crush them together to get a smooth paste

Slice the meat in nice sizes and wash

Peel the onions then slice them in small size as well.

In a sufuria put the meat, garlic ginger paste, chopped onions, salt and afew water and let the mixture boil.

Once the meat has dried up pour oil in it and stir for it not to stick
- 6
Wash the tomatoes then slice them nicely
- 7
Pour the sliced tomatoes in the meat and stir
- 8
Add the tumeric powder, stir
- 9
Wash rice and pour in the cooking mixture and stir
- 10
Add water and let the rice cook till ready then serve.
