In a bowl mix jaggery and vinegar and keep aside

Cut cauliflower in florets, small pieces of carrot, shaljam in slices, Hari mirch slit into two

Boil the above ingredients(except Hari mirch) sieve it and let it dry

Take mustard oil boil it and let little smoke come, add salt slow down the flame,add garlic cloves,sliced ginger and Hari mirch, jeera hing, ajwain

Mix it well add vinegar and Gur liquid

Add all masala and vegetables and mix well

Stir it well and let it cool

Fill in the jar
