Chop lady's finger to small dices after washing properly.

Add lemon juice to the chopped lady's finger ! This prevents it from sticking

Chop tomatoes and slice out onions

Heat oil in kadai and add sliced onions. Fry till golden brown

Now add chopped tomatoes and the mentioned spices along with a cup of water.

Fry till the tomatoes become soft

Now add the lady's finger in the kadai. Remember! Do not cover with lid as it changes the colour from green to brown.

Cook well for 15-20 minutes

Your masala Bhindi is ready! Serve hot with parantha or roti
