1/2 cuprice
2 1/2 cupwater
1.1/2 tsp Salt
1 tspCumin

Wash and sundry rice

Grind it to fine flour

In a pan add water. Add salt cumin. Let the water boil.

Add rice flour. Mix well cook on low flame till mixture becomes thick.

Spread a plastic sheet in sunlight. Take a spoonful of mixture and speed on sheet let it dry for 2 days. Deep fry. Ready
