Take a bowl and add chopped methi and palak.

And add besan

And all spices added in this bowl and mix it well.

Add oil and mix it well.

And no thik and dry better.. Make mixture in such way that u can have proper pakoda.. So water add slowly and prepare mixture..

And prepare hot oil and fry it..

And fry light brown.

And remove in gas and serve green chutney.
