Steps

Cut the potatoes into thick chips, I cut the largest into 3 thick slices and then sliced lengthways.

Mix the dry seasonings together in a small bowl.

Coat the wedges in oil, add them to a large baking tray and sprinkle with the seasoning. Turn them over and rub the seasoning in with your hands.

Bake at 200’C for 40-50 mins depending on the size of your chips.
