Steps

Boil the maize and beans for 1½hrs till tender.

Clean the githeri with water and set it aside.

Cut the onions and fry them till golden brown
- 4
Add tomatoes and fry them till well cooked
- 5
Add the githeri cook for two minutes.
- 6
Add dhania and royco cubes and some water.
- 7
Serve while hot. Enjoy
