200 gramlady's finger cubed
1onion chopped
1tomato chopped
1 tspcumin powder
1 tbspcoriander powder
1/2 tspaamchur powder
3-4garlic cloves crushed
2green chillies chopped
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and saute onion slices well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add garlic crushed and tomato chopped

Add cumin coriander powder and aamchur powder
4

Add chillies and lady's finger cubed
5

Saute well till the lady's finger get soft

Add sugar and mix well
7

Serve it with plain rice or chapati
