Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 cupsRice
  • 2Satchet tomatoes
  • 1/2 cupcrayfish
  • 4large fresh pepper
  • 1whole Titus fish
  • 1large Onions
  • 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 2seasoning cube (knorr)
  • 1satchet seasoning powder (Mivina)
  • Salt
  • 1 cupgroundnut oil
  • 2large cucumber
  • 1large Green pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and parboil Rice for 15minutes. Drain water and set aside.

  2. 2

    Boil fish with salt,onions and seasoning cube for 5minutes, drain out the fish sauce and fry the fish in heated oil.

  3. 3

    Heat groundnut oil and fry tomatoes with fresh pepper and onions together for 5minutes, add fish sauce, seasoning cube, seasoning powder, grounded fresh pepper, green pepper, more onions, turmeric powder, grounded crayfish and salt to taste. Stir mixture together and add parboiled rice. Stir and cook till it's done

    Serve with cucumber and fried fish
