Wash, blanch spinach leaves.

Put these leaves in mixer jar, add aaloo bhujia sev, grind to smooth paste.

Add corn, chilli flakes, oregano, cheese spread, salt to this paste.

Cut bread slices into disc shape.

Apply butter on both the sides. Spread spinach stuffing on one side. Sprinkle little chaar masala and sugar on it.

Place a cheese slice on this.

Cover with another slice, shallow fry on low-medium flame with lid on.

Cut the toast lengthwise, garnish with bhumika dev and sauce & serve.
