Make a dough of all purpose flour

Boil noodles

Heat oil in a pan saute all chopped veggies one by one

Add red chilli powder, salt both sauces and mix nicely

Add boiled noodles in it and mix it nicely

Let it cool for some time

Make balls of equal size of all purpose flour

Now roll as pooris

Fill the noodle stuffing and cover it nicely

Fry in hot oil till golden brown on both sides

Enjoy with tomato sauce
