Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and green chilli

Add the vegetables and saute well

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover

Prepare a paste of ginger cumin powder and curry powder

Add this into the pan mix well

Add red chilli Powder and mix well

Now add water and simmer to boil the vegetables

Finally add sugar and coriander leaves paste

Serve it with plain rice
