Ingredients

30minutes
  • 1 kgpotatoes (8 potatoes)
  • 2green chillies slit
  • 1 TSPcumin seeds
  • 1 TSPmustard seeds
  • Salt as per requirement
  • 1 tspchilli powder
  • 1 TSPchat masla
  • 2 tspMETHI powder (crushed)
  • Oil 4 tsp (big mostly frying oil)
  • Garlic pods 3
  • 1 tspSesame seeds
  • Chopped cilantro few

Steps

  1. 1

    Take potatoes wash and cut them into cubes in small size

  2. 2

    And take vok add oil and add all and mix well and fry continuosly on low flame

  3. 3

    And masalas and after 20 minutes

  4. 4

    Sprinkle the chopped cilantro and ready to eat
