First wash all daals nicely and soak for 4 to 5 hrs. After that drain excess water and grind it to coarse paste.

Transfer paste in a bowl and add onions,ginger garlic paste,green chilli,red chilli flakes, ajwain,kalonji,turmeric powder,salt,baking soda,coriander powder,hot oil and mix all nicely to form a bater of pakoda.

Do not add water. Let bater rest a while.

Now heat oil to medium hot and then place a spoonful bater in oil one by one.not more than 6 to 7 at a time.

Fry all pakoda till golden crisp.It's ready.serve them hot with some fried green chilli and a cup of masala chai.
