Ingredients

10 minutes
2 servings
  1. 1/2 cupfalooda sev
  2. 2 tbspsabja/tukmaria seeds
  3. 11/2 glassfull fat milk
  4. 2-3 tbsprose syrup
  5. 1 scoopvanillaice cream/ kulfi
  6. 2 tspcashews pistachios, almonds - chopped
  7. 1 tsptutti frutti

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil milk till it gets a little thick. Cool & refrigerate for an hour.

  2. 2

    Soak sabja seeds in a cup of water for half an hour. Drain the water & keep aside.

    Boil falooda sev in water & drain the water keep aside.
    To cold milk add rose syrup.

  4. 4

    Take the glass you want to serve.
    Add sabja at bottom, then sev. Add rose milk.
    Give it a stir.

    Now add ice cream/kulfi.
    Drizzle some rose syrup.
    Add chopped nuts & tutti frutti.

  6. 6

    I have used malai kulfi because the combination of cooked milk & kulfi is awesome.
