Boil milk till it gets a little thick. Cool & refrigerate for an hour.

Soak sabja seeds in a cup of water for half an hour. Drain the water & keep aside.

Boil falooda sev in water & drain the water keep aside.
To cold milk add rose syrup. - 4
Take the glass you want to serve.
Add sabja at bottom, then sev. Add rose milk.
Give it a stir. - 5
Now add ice cream/kulfi.
Drizzle some rose syrup.
Add chopped nuts & tutti frutti. - 6
I have used malai kulfi because the combination of cooked milk & kulfi is awesome.
