Steps

Add salt and turmeric powder in fish. Keep aside for 15 min.

Deep fry fish in mustard oil. Fry all fish and keep aside.

In same rest of oil add pinch of methi seed and add mustard-garlic paste.

Add salt and turmeric and keep bhuno in slow flame.

Add chopped tomato. Keep bhuno in slow flame.

Add water as required. When water boils put fried fish and off flame.

Garnish with dhaniya patti.
