Ingredients

  • 1 glassbengal gram
  • 200 gmsspring onion
  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil to fry
  • 1 cupspinach
  • 2onion
  • 6chilli
  • 1/2 cupKasoori methi
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • 1/2 tspChilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak bengal gram for 4 hours take a hand ful of gram keep aside.grind the remaining into a fine paste

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients expt oil soakd gramss which kept aside. Make tikki of mixture

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a kdhai and deep fry tikki.

  4. 4

    Serve hot with tea and fried chilli
