Ingredients

  • 1 BowlVermicelli (Sevaiyan)
  • 1 BowlMango Pulp
  • 3/4 BowlSugar
  • 2 BowlsMilk
  • 1 pinchCardamom powder
  • 2 tbspAlmonds & Cashew Nuts
  • 2 tspGhee

Steps

  1. 1

    In a non stick pan add ghee and heat. Add vermicelli and fry till golden in colour on medium heat.

  2. 2

    Now add milk and cook on medium heat. Cook till vermicelli is soft.

  3. 3

    Now add mango pulp and cook. Stir continuously. Add sugar. Cook till vermicelli gets thicken.

  4. 4

    Now add cardamom powder, almonds and cashew nuts.

    Serve cold or hot.
