Sevai basket with mango Rabri
Steps

Take milk put on a pan and cook on high flame after few minutes cook on medium flame add sugar,cardamom powder stir continuously till become thick Rabri texture

Now add mango purée and cook few minutes and off the flame cool down to room temperature

On another hand take a non stick pan and add ghee roast the sevai till they become brown now add condensed milk put off the flame

Take a greased cup for setting a basket sevai shape and freeze 5-10minutes
- 5
Now u can put mango Rabri in the basket and garnish with mango chunks,almond,cherries and serve chilled
