Take the besan,add curd and ginger chillie paste,salt,haldi powder and gradually add water

Use a whisk and mix and whisk till smooth

Add 2 cups water in a cooker put a cooker stand and place the mixture on it, cover and cook for 6 whistles

Grease 2 Thalis or trays and keep aside

Take the batter out and stir the batter vigoursoly for 5 mins

Immediately spread the batter on the greased thalis

Cut the kgandvi into long strips and roll the strips

Place them on a plate

FOR TADKA-Heat the oil add the rai,zeera,til and curry leaves

Pour the Tadka over the khandvis

Garnish with fresh coconut and dhania
