Ingredients

1 packNoodles
3 tbspMushrooms clean and diced
2 tbspCarrots chopped
2 tbspCabbage diced
1/2 cupSpring Onion chopped
1 tspSesame Oil
2 tbspGarlic chopped
2 tspDark soy sauce
to tasteSalt
2Chillies chopped

Steps

Boil noodles and strain keep aside.

Add oil in a Wok and stir fry all vegs.Add garlic and chilles.Stir all well.

Add mushrooms and fry.

Put soy sauce,salt to taste.And mix nicely.

Put noodles and stir fry everything nicely for 5-7mins and take off the heat.

Serve hot.
