  1. 3chicken thighs
  2. 1.5 litercooking oil
  3. 1 pinchsalt
  4. White paper

Steps

    Heat your oil until its hot

  2. 2

    In a bowl, sprinkle white paper and salt.

  3. 3

    Deep fry them and keep on turn until are golden brown

  4. 4

    In a separate bowl, let the oil to dry

  5. 5

    Served will hot and enjoy the taste with ugali or rice
