420 gcan four bean mix, rinsed
300 gjar tomato salsa
1avocado, finely diced
1⁄2 head iceberg lettuce, finely shredded
1 cupgrated tasty cheese

Combine beans and salsa in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with a microwave-safe plate

Cook on HIGH (100%) for 2 minutes. Stir thoroughly. Cover; cook 1-2 minutes more, stirring after every 30 seconds, until hot and bubbling.

Serve lettuce topped with bean mixture, avocado and cheese.
