Ingredients

  • 1old foccacia loaf; cubed
  • 1/4 Cblack olives
  • 1/4red onion; julienne
  • 8pepperoncini; sliced in thirds
  • 1 Tgiardenera relish
  • 1 Cchicken stock

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients in a small casserole dish. Cover. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Uncover. Cook for approximately 15 more minutes or until stuffing is slightly crispy and caramelized but not dried out.

    Variations; Basil, parsely, bell peppers, jalapeños, paprika, shallots, celery, bacon, oregano, marjoram, parmesean, pickled veggies, sourdough, garlic, cilantro, scallions, yellow onion, squash, zucchini, romano, gruyere, spinach, arugula, peppadew, green olives
