
Pork and lamb meatballs

Heat olive oil in a pan on medium heat. Add cumin garlic and onion. Cook until onions are translucent, about 3 min

Stir in tomato paste, oregano, and mint. Transfer to a bowl and combine with pork, lamb and egg. Season with salt and pepper.

Roll into balls with about 1 tbsp of mixture per ball

Preheat oven to 400°F

Saute the meatballs over medium heat, until well browned.

Transfer to a baking sheet and bake until cooked through, about 8 min. Transfer to towels to drain oil.
