Ingredients

  • 6Chicken drumsticks
  • At least 2 cups lemon juice per 6 drumsticks
  • 4-6chopped cloves garlic
  • 1heaping tablespoon course kosher salt
  • 3shakes Worcestershire
  • 1heaping tablespoon coffee grounds

Steps

  1. 1

    Thaw chicken

  2. 2

    Place drumsticks and all ingredients in gallon zip lock bag

  3. 3

    Seal bag with minimal air

  4. 4

    Seal bag in second bag and shake until chicken is coated

  5. 5

    Lay flat in fridge and marinade for 30 minutes to 8 hours

  6. 6

    Bake 25 minutes at 375 degrees, flip, and then bake another 25 minutes

  7. 7

    Eat

  8. 8
