Steps

Wash and clean rice with water.

Soak the rice in water for 3-4 hours.

Cut the ash gourd and remove the green skin and seeds.

Nicely grind soaked rice, ash gourd and fresh grated coconut into batter (Without water).

Pour the batter into a vessel and close it.

Keep it aside for 7 hours/ overnight.

Now add required amount of salt and water (if required) and mix the batter nicely.

Prepare Dosa using batter and ghee in a tawa.

Serve Dosa with chutney or chutney powder.

Or chitney powder,mayo, tomato....
