1 cupsemolina
1 cupwheat flour
1/2 cupgram flour
to tasteSugar
2 tablespoonGhee
1 teaspooncardamom powder
As neededdry fruits (pista, cashews, almonds)
As required water

Steps

Heat a pan add ghee, add both flour and semolina, saute till light pink.

Now add water and cook on low flame till all qatdr absorb.

Now add sugar and cardamom powder.mix well

Now add dry fruits.

Garnish with dryfruits.

Ready for serve
