Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and red chilli whole

Add ginger and saute adding salt and turmeric powder

Add tomato and red chilli saute

Finally add cashew-raisins paste mix

Add milk and boil

Add sugar green chillies and garam masala powder and the balls

Serve it with pilao or paratha
