Ingredients

6 people

3brown bananas
100 gBrown sugar
1large eggs
1tsb baking powder
200 gplain flour

Steps

Mash the bananas in a bowl

Add the sugar and egg

Mix well

Add the flour and baking powder and mix well. Transfer mixture into a loaf tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Slice up and enjoy on its own, with butter or even ice cream
