Steps

In a pan heat ghee and oil. Once it is heated completely, slow down the flame. Don't switch off the gas.

On another pan, add sugar and water and boil it till the mixture form one string consistency.

In sugar mixture, add gram flour in batches say 2-3 and gently mix it.

Then start adding ghee-oil mixture 1 tablespoon at a time and keep pouring ghee-oil mixture until gram flour completely leaves the sides of the pan.

Then switch off the flame and grease and container with some ghee/oil and spread this mixture into it.

Then cut it into pieces, allow it cook down then serve it. If you want then you can top it with nuts.
