Roast hemp seeds over medium heat until brown. Turn off heat and let seeds cool at room temperature.

Make powder of seeds once completely cooled.

Grind seeds with hemp paste, pepper, lime juice, mint leaves, water and salt and make a smooth paste.

Can be serve with side dishes or as a dips for a highly spicy flavor.
