In a bowl beat ghee and caster sugar until light and fluffy and pale in colour.

In a bowl mix all the other ingredients together.
Now mix the wet and dry ingredients together and form a dough. Add cocoa powder and mix well. Refrigerate dough for 20 minutes. - 3
Roll the dough into ball-like shapes with the dough. Roll the dough in round shape and make design using a bottle lid of any bottle. Make shape of a moon all the way around and place them on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Place the chocolate button on top and press in lightly. - 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for around 12 to 15 minutes until lightly brown.
