Mohanthal or Besan Burfi

It's a traditional sweet of Rajasthan.made in a easy way .
Steps

In a bowl add gram flour and 2 tbsp of ghee and mix nicely with ur hands.

Now add 2 to 3 tbsp of milk and knead a dough..Keep aside for 10-15 min.

For sugar syrup..In a pan add sugar and water and bring to a boil.. and after 2 min switch the flame off.

Crumble the dough with hands and heat a pan with ghee and roast it till turns little brown in colour...While stirring continuously..(7-8)min.

Add mawa and combine well and roast for another 4-5 min.

Add dry fruits, cardamom powder.and sugar syrup and stir till it gets thick in consistency..Or starts leaving from pan.

Grease a plate with little ghee and pour this mixture into it and spread evenly using a flat spatula.

Sprinkle some pistachios, almonds and poppy seeds evenly over it and pat it lightly.

Keep aside or let it cool completely for 1 -2 hours.

Cut into equal sized pieces of ur choice.
