Steps

Add chicken in a bowl and apply ingredients listed under first marinade, refrigerate it for 20mins

Meanwhile in a bowl whisk together hung yogurt, add all ingredients listed below second marinade

Add marinated chicken pieces & veggies(capsicum,onion,tomatoes) mix well and refrigerate to marinate for 1-2hrs

Pre heat oven at 180 degree c

Skewer marinated chicken pieces & veggies onto satay sticks (skew them alternating veggies & chicken) and place on a wire rack in the pre heated oven,(keep a tray underneath to catch drippings) brush with some butter and bake for abt 15 mins or till chicken is browned on all sides and tender

Ur chicken tikka is ready to serve

Note : if using wooden skewers, make sure to soak them for 30mins in water before threading the chicken (this keep the wood from burning)
